Manoon is a Principal responsible for IP contentious matters and litigation.
Manoon is a qualified Thai Patent Agent and Attorney at Law with over eighteen years' intellectual property (IP) experience in Thailand.
Manoon advises on trademark, patent and design disputes. He also supervises the management of patent and design portfolios, and lectures on patents at universities and government institutions.
He handles a wide range of matters relating to IP law, including patent and trademark registration, oppositions, appeals, cancellations, preparation and recordation of license agreements, and advising in relation to acquisitions and compulsory licensing issues and negotiating in relation to conflicts.
He also has solid experience in anti-counterfeit cases, including conducting raid actions. He represents numerous clients in the consumer products business, as well as clients in the food and beverage, cosmetics, electronics, automobile, and entertainment industries.
