Biography
Elise is a Legal Consultant based in our Dubai office.
Elise is an expert in strategic management and enforcement of European and international IP rights portfolios (e.g. trademarks, designs, and domain names).
Her expertise lies in dealing with all aspects relating to trade mark prosecution and enforcement (including oppositions, cancellation actions and all non-contentious disputes), negotiating agreements and delivering operational advice to marketing teams.
She advises clients on designing and implementing worldwide trade mark and designs filing strategies, clearing names for collections and designs including packaging clearance.
Elise is highly adaptive and understands the importance of challenging the legal industry which has helped her develop a strong interest in legal innovation.
Elise worked for a leading French IP firm for more than 7 years before her relocation to Dubai. This expatriation provided her with opportunities to broaden her skills by providing legal advice to local and international clients having interests in the Middle East.
