China’s SPC seeks public comment on a draft judicial interpretation for patent validity litigation

On June 1, 2018 China’s Supreme Patents Court (SPC) released a draft judicial interpretation on patent validity litigation for public comment.

We have prepared a questionnaire (available here) in order to allow a wider response to be made. It should take 15 minutes.

There are only 18 questions and they are as simple as we could make them without losing the sense of the point at issue. Most are simply yes/no responses.

Submissions are due by July 1, 2018, so please provide your response by Wednesday June 27. If there are sufficient responses, we will collate the results and provide them to the SPC.

We will not refer to the identity of responders in our submission and will report back on the findings of the questionnaire and the SPC response in future editions of the Rouse Magazine. For more information, please contact our Head of Patent Strategy and Development, Tim Jackson.
