Elle joined Rouse in 2023 as the firm's first Chief People Officer. She is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD.
Elle has 25 years of People and HR leadership experience, leading transformational change across a range of multinational industries. She is supporting Rouse's future growth plans, helping to drive business outcomes and client value by focusing on attracting, developing and retaining the best talent.
