Audrey worked in our Guangzhou and Beijing offices before moving to Shanghai.

Audrey is a French qualified Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Consultant with a business qualification focusing on Asian markets and cultures.

Before joining Rouse in November 2007, Audrey had worked in French law firms in Paris for three years, specialising in trade mark portfolio management and consulting. After four years in Guangzhou and some time in Beijing, she is now based in Shanghai and manages IP rights enforcement cases and brand protection programmes for European and American clients in various industries (garments, shoes, auto parts, pharmaceuticals, household goods, food, services, luxury goods etc).

Audrey also gives presentations on areas of IP rights in China at events organised by various Trade Commissions and business associations, including the Chamber of Commerce, and has been involved in the European Chamber IPR Working Group activities in the Pearl River Delta Region. She was nominated in 2012 as Counsel to the External Trade of France for the IP sector.

  • Masters Degree (International Business focusing on Asian markets), University of La Rochelle, France (2003)

Personal interests

  • Sport - runs and swims as often as possible. Dance, French boxing, kung fu, drama classes. She also enjoys reading, and travelling in China and abroad.
