We provide investigation and consultancy services relating to IP issues and work closely with local law firm Taw & Associates for all legal matters.
The services provided by Taw & Associates in the Philippines include patent and trade mark filing, IP portfolio management, copyright and trade mark criminal work, and Customs IP protection.
Taw & Associates also handles certain types of Intellectual Property litigation, principally administrative IP cases at the BLA and civil court work. It works closely with the Philippines National Police, the National Bureau of Investigations and Department of Justice (State Prosecutors) and the Bureau of Customs.
