About Us
Rouse is a specialist international IP business. It brings a fresh and energetic approach to the protection, management and enforcement of IP rights.
Recruitment
If you are looking for a career with a leading global intellectual property firm ... look for a career with Rouse!
Rouse employs a wide range of professional and non-professional staff in offices in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
Not just a law firm
Our IP professionals include lawyers, patent and trade mark attorneys, specialist investigators and IP researchers.
Top Quality Work
Our clients include many of the world's leading IP owners. We manage major international IP portfolios and are regularly involved in leading IP transactions and litigation. Our junior professionals enjoy a high level of responsibility.
Interesting Locations
We have 17 offices (including liaison and associated offices) in 11 jurisdictions in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Employees who demonstrate high potential are selected to go on secondments, both internal, to other offices, and external, to key clients. Senior fee earners have the opportunity to travel internationally to conferences and other Rouse offices.
Interesting Culture and Work Environment
Our work environment is unusually diverse, friendly and relaxed - something regularly commented on by both staff and clients. Dress in all our offices is smart casual and while our professionals enjoy consistently lower time targets than those set by other professional firms, we expect our interns and juniors to emulate the work ethic demonstrated by our Executive team. We invest in and nurture the talents of our staff through a number of initiatives, including a talent management program. In all our non-European offices, local and expat staff work closely together.
Other Benefits
We offer flexible working arrangements and pay competitive market salaries plus bonuses. We provide on-the-job training and a range of other benefits, depending on the level of seniority.
Range of Positions
Lawyers; patent and trade mark attorneys; trainees and paralegals; investigators; and non-IP professionals (e.g. accountants, librarians and IT professionals).
